Strength: PLA is a relatively strong material with a tensile strength of 37–47.8 MPa and a flexural strength of 85 MPa.
Stiffness: PLA is very stiff and brittle, with low flexibility.
Melting point: PLA has a low melting point of around 145 °C, making it suitable for 3D printing.
Dimensional stability: PLA is not prone to warping, so it can be used to print large parts that are close to the dimensions of the 3D model.
Chemical resistance: PLA is chemical-resistant and not soluble in solvents like acetone or isopropyl alcohol.
